Karnataka will host Puducherry in Quarterfinal 1, while Delhi will play Gujarat in Quarterfinal 2. Both matches will be played at Bengaluru.
It’s the least fancied of all the quarter-final line-ups, but it could prove the most explosive of all.
One of the domestic giants of India, Karnataka will play the relatively new boys Puducherry in the first quarter-final of the 2019 Vijay Hazare trophy.
On October 20, Karnataka will play Puducherry at Amritsar, while Delhi will play Gujarat at Bengaluru. On October 21, Punjab will play Tamil Nadu at Bokakhat, while Chhattisgarh and Mumbai will face off at Alur.
Manish Pandey has the most runs (471), while Pritam Das and Gourav Yadav have 20 wickets each, the most.
Only one match of Vijay Hazare Trophy will be played on October 15, between Baroda and Vidarbha at GSFC Cricket Ground, Vadodara.
There will be 5 matches played in the Vijay Hazare Trophy on Sunday.
Nine matches of the 2019-20 Vijay Hazare will be played on October 12 – three in each of Elite Groups A, B, and C.
October 11 will feature four matches: Delhi vs Vidarbha in Elite Group B, and Manipur vs Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland vs Sikkim, and Uttarakhand vs Meghalaya in Plate Group.
October 10 will feature 12 matches in Vijay Hazare Trophy.
