Australia: Need to beat South Africa to top the table and meet New Zealand in the first semi-final at Old Trafford. If Australia do not win and India beat Sri Lanka, Australia will need to play England at Edgbaston.
India: Need to beat Sri Lanka and back South Africa to beat Australia in order to play New Zealand. Will play England if Australia win.
England: Will play the second semi-final, at Edgbaston. Their opposition will be decided by the above conditions.
New Zealand: Will play the first semi-final, at Old Trafford. Their opposition will be decided by the above conditions.
South Africa and Sri Lanka: Will not qualify, but their matches will influence the semi-final lineups.
