The big news after the latest IPL 2019 match – between Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders – was that Ajinkya Rahane, the former Rajasthan captain, has entered the top 10.
Rahane’s 34 against Kolkata took him to 352 runs – mostly thanks to his century against Delhi Capitals the game before – and he is played just behind ninth-placed Quinton de Kock, who has 378. Andre Russell, at No. 6 with 406 runs, was the only other representative from last night’s encounter in the batting charts, with Kolkata losing a sixth straight match.
David Warner continues to lead the run charts with 574 runs – the only player so far to breach the 500-run mark.

Delhi’s Kagiso Rabada remains the runaway leader among wicket-takers with 23 wickets – Imran Tahir, at No. 2, has 16.
