ICC World Cup 2019 most runs, wickets after Bangladesh vs New Zealand: Henry rises to top, Rohit at third

As it often happens after double-headers in the initials stages of a tournament, both charts in the 2019 World Cup underwent noticeable overhaul. Joe Root still stayed at the top, but Rohit Sharma’s 144-ball unbeaten 122 in India’s first match helped him rise to third spot.

Rohit could have finished second, but Shakib Al Hasan (64 in 68) got his second fifty of the tournament to pip him to that place. None of Faf du Plessis (38 in 54), Rassie van der Dussen (22 in 37), or Quinton de Kock (10 in 17) made it big, but did enough to retain top-10 spots. The top ten batsmen all have over a hundred runs now.
