Sabina Park Kingston Jamaica

Sabina Park, venue of the second Test of the ongoing Test series between West Indies and India, had hosted the fourth ever Test on West Indian soil, back in 1929-30. Known for its true, hard bounce, the ground has traditionally been a favourite hunting ground for fast, hit-the-deck bowlers. However, over years the pitch has slowed down, and has often shown signs of getting slower during the course of a Test match.

West Indies have won 24 and lost 13 Tests here, but their record reads 2-4 in this decade. India, on the other hand, have a 2-6 record here, but the 2 defeats have come in their last 3 Tests. They have not a Test here since 2002, winning by 49 runs in 2006 and by 63 runs in 2011 before Roston Chase salvaged some pride in 2016.

Here are the records at Sabina Park in the 21st century.
