The last match of the league of the 2019 Mzansi Super League, between Durban Heat and Jozi Stars at Durban was washed out, thereby resulting in the elimination of the Heat. Nelson Mandela Bay Giants will now face Tshwane Spartans in the Qualifier at Port Elizabeth. The winner of the Qualifier will meet Paarl Rocks in the final, at Paarl.

With 380 runs, Ben Dunk leads the runs chart at the end of the league stage. Janneman Malan, 22 behind Dunk, is the only other batsman to go past 275.
