India’s triumphant tour Down Under meant that they had started the home series against Australia as favourites. Unfortunately, they were in for a rude shock in the first T20I, at Visakhapatnam. Australia won the match off the last ball to take an unassailable lead in the two-match series. The teams will now play the decider, at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.
